- I am an American born Chinese, and for my wedding day I was looking for
a maybe “one and only”, maybe not so traditional dress with an eastern origin and
western accents. And, I didn’t want to spend too much. With the help of
my now husband, who actually wandered across this treasure of a wedding store,
we found the perfect gown!
The service was impeccable; I can’t say that for other bridal shops I’ve been to.
Irene's warm personality and extensive wedding expertise made the whole experience
seem easy. This was exactly the kind of Asian bridal shop that I was looking for,
and so much more.
I-Romance offers a full range of services, from the fantastic gowns
(east-west blends from a gifted Malaysian designer), more traditional gowns &
men’s wear, a tux for my man, photography & videography, hair & makeup,
great car decorating, favors, unique formats & prints from Asia.
In addition, Toby has the visual artistry to create a custom invitation,
thank you card, album…all with your style in mind.
One of the things that I like most is that Irene and Toby understand and practice
customer appreciation – we had many discussions with them over tea to plan our
“perfect” occasion. They focused our visions, calmed our nerves and made us feel
that everything will be fine.
We truly loved our unique, limited edition, designer wedding gown (which to this day,
I still received countless compliments!), our exceptional hair & makeup artist
who made me look and feel beautiful, our elegantly decorated car, and of course the
photographs that just really captured our special moments.
If you are looking for a place to both treat you right and to do it right,
we highly recommend that you entrust Irene & Toby at I-Romance.

The dress from i-Romance was beautiful and high quality.
Out of my 3 dresses, my i-Romance dress received the most compliments. Whenever any question or issues would come up, Irene would handle it in a friendly and professional manner.
